mp3/4 player for $200

Ok whats the best mp3 player (mp4 if you think its worth it, I might watch movies and videos) for $200 that has the most space. I may be able to push it to $250 but I wont know till the weekend.

I have a Creative Zen MicroPhoto and it's cheaper than that one. It costed me $240 Canadian...the only downfall is it's only 8GB, but i haven't filled it yet...
