Well, you guys pushed me over the fence. I'm definately gonna make the move in April then.

Just today I found the problem with my extremely slow internet connection. Turns out the old guy upstairs has been downloading movie after movie for the past few months, maxing out the bandwidth, and leaving us with nothing.
