Mouse Stops Working but stays on

It only happens with the mouse as I can tell but randomly the mouse may freeze then in a second or two come back, but sometimes just completely stops and I need to change from side ports into back ports. Once I switch and it happens again I need to restart to basically get it to work.

Well you're missing drivers...so that could be part of the cause.

Install your chipset drivers.
