Yea their are risers on the case. I put it all back together and it does the same thing. I'm beginning to think the mobo is trash. I just can't figure out why everything else is working????

does the mobo led light up upon turning on the computer?

Yes it does. The HD spins up all the fans come on, even the fan on the graphics card I put in. The light on my modem comes on too.

Odd... I don't really know what the problem could be. Try new PSU or new Mobo... sorry if that is not much help.

It never powers up the monitor. When I turn the cp on the monitor stays off!!! I can her everything running, HD, Fans,etc.... just no graphics?????

well i had this problem one when i opened up my computer... make sure your RAM is correctly slid into those slots cuz thatll make your computer run but not output anytin on the screen
