more than one language bar!

every time i start my computer, there is more than one language bar (http://img330.imageshack.us/img330/6574/pic16lu.gif). and under msconfig/startup, i think there is something that might have to do with it. (http://img128.imageshack.us/img128/7921/pic26mf.gif). i don't know why it does that.

i dont know why it does that but i also dont know why it matters...

it messes up the way the start bar looks.

do you use windowblinds? stardock? starskin? something else?? try disabling that and see what happens
