hey all

i have a athlon 1700+
128mb 9600xt
80gb 7200RPM 8mb buffer HD
512mb pc3200 kingmax RAM

even though its slightly outa date i use it to game. would an additional 512mb of pc3200 RAM really help my performance?? i see a lot of people with 1gb but they have like athlon64's, so i was wondering if my system would do any better with it

Upgrade your processor, not your ram. 512MB is ok for now, but an Athlon 1700+ is OLD! Invest in a new MOBO and Processor and make it AMD64 if at all in your budget range! You will thank me later, despite it being about 350 to upgrade it all! :D
