Monitor twitching

hi, my monitor twitches on the edges, more often then not. its kinda hard to describe, it kinda zooms in like a centimeter then zooms out like for 2 secs. i was wondering wut i could be, my monitor is pretty old its a regular DeLL thats like 5 years old.

I think I had that exact problem up until recently (today).

What I did to resolve it (it's worked for a few hours) was to COMPLETELY uninstall my graphics drivers, and then use Driver Cleaner to wipe whatever traces are left after that, and then install the most recent nVidia drivers (91.33).
