Monitor turns off and does not come back on again

My monitor on a computer turns off after 20 mins and does not come back on when for example moving the mouse. The computer is on and the fans and lights are all on but the screen does not want to resume.

what kind of monitor you are using?? if you are using the crt type.. maybe the cord of the monitor have a problem.. or maybe the monitor is the problem.. try to use or borrow other monitor and if it the run,, you will know that your monitor have the problem..

on the screen where the power button is does the LED light stay on Green or yellow when the screen goes blank?
