Monitor menu keeps popping up!

Hi,
I have a Viewsonic VA720 monitor that I really love, but the "menu" keeps popping up. Auto adjust, contrast, brightness, etc. Does anyone know what to do about this? I will call tech support if no one has any quick fixes. Thanks.

Does it pop up when you are playing a game? Well it happend all the time to me on my View Sonic VE510s all you have to do is hit the #2 button at the bottom and it should disable it worked for me

lol never heard this type of problem maybe one of the buttons is jammed or something

Sounds like a jammed button. Grab some compressed air, or even a hand-held vacumm cleaner and try to clean out the back of the button. But be careful!
