Moniters stopped working after using game capture card.

I recently used my 4K game capture card I plugged it in and couldn’t get my moniters to work so I unplugged everything after shutting my pc down started it up again and my monitors won’t receive a signal from my pc.

now the cap card works since u hooked it up right but no signal to the main monitor from the pc so the monitors are working properly and I’ve used multiple cords so I’ve ruled out everything but internal stuff.

thanks for the reply! It was helpful cause it gave me a place to start. I tried all that but I just added an ssd and 2 sticks of ram and it wound up being a bad stick of ram some how.

For any one with a similar problem. The PC turned on normally but my monitor had the black screen and my mouse wouldn’t light up anymore. (Not sure if that’s a part of that) but i just took all the new parts out and tried them individually.
