Why thank you/ Most of the guys already stated what can be said. It is nice to get some positive feedback compared to teh stuff we usually get.

Nite you have 18 minutes left? How did you manage so much. I was only alloted for 5 minutes this month which i used yesterday. So no more for me.

i've been using flexi-hours, i've saved those minutes up since about august last year

Why do you think we got the job? If we feel for simple tactics as this it wouldnt be worth us having this position.

Grammar is over rated. Plus it is very different from the US to the UK to the rest of the world. So Grammar is not as important as spelling which i dont either of them well.
