Mobo Question

First let me say i own a CM HAF-932 case and it has a eSATA on the front top of the case, im looking at an ASUS P6X58D-E LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard and i dont see an eSATA port on the board. So will that connecter hook up to one of the regular SATA ports like the hard drive would? Thanks for any help!!

The fly leads from the eSATA port/s on the HAF 932 plug into the SATA ports on the motherboard.
