microsoft outlook issues

OK i'm trying to set up Microsoft outlook with sbcglobal.net and a little window pops up and asks for the password and user name they are correct what am i doing wrong aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The account name that you need to put in should also include "@sbcglobal.net"

If you just put the part before that as the login name, it won't work.
