hello,

I have resently installed Microsoft office XP. However, one has a ich bin problem:
Every time I open the program it keeps looking to the D: drive and trys to run it from that, if i click cancel it stops this and just opens the program normaly, but it's a bit off a predicament that i have to click cancel every time. Does anyone have a way of how i can get round this problem?

Try putting the office xp cd it when it says its looking in the D:\ drive. It installs something and the problem is gone, it worked on my computer.

Yup, that's about it. I had the same problem before when I tried installing VIsio. Apparently, it got rid of some components or needs updated info needed to run my main Office suite. I just pop the CD in and it copied over the files it needs to run. Never had that prompt show up again.
