message just before shutting down windowsxp

when i try to shut down windows xp from the start menu
the following message is displayed before it shuts down

"end program notification wnd for RNAdmin"

after this i have to click on "end program" everytime.

Whats happening? why is this thing coming whenever i shutdown my computer? Can it be solved?

Have you tried system restore? Also try scan disk (administrator privileges)-and check both boxes.

If still not, try a system recovery with your recovery cds.

If that still does not work, back up your files and reinstall windows.
