Memory frequency - quick question

Hi I just bought 1 single stick of Corsair ValueSelect DDR400 184pin Mem. Another is on the way
I also have AMD 64 3700+ that I just recently overclocked from 2.2 to 2.6
CPU-Z says that memory runs at 239.7MHZ ? but DDR400 is supposed to run at 200mhz...
When I change the divider to DDR333 (166) the frequency is on 151.6mhz..
so what's better for the memory >?

Well if its stable at 239mhz then i would leave it there. Corsair normally OC's well

it's running at 239.7 because you oc'd the cpu by raising the fsb, which also makes the ram run faster. As raffaz said, as long as it's stable you can keep it at 239.7. And of course the performance it better since it's running faster.
