Out of the ones you have, I would go with the TwinMOS. That is a good price and the RAM should be very reliable.
 
I would say go for the OCZ Enhanced Latency, its fater than most of that ram and has better ltimmings @ 2-3-2-6.

Also the Vdimm setting depends on your motherboard you have.
 
Timings aren't important unless you're overclocking....You'd never notice a difference in speed between 2-2-2-5 high performance RAM and 3-3-3-8 valueRAM....high performance is just primarily for overclocking.....you sure as hell aren't going to notice between 3-3-3-8 and something like 2-3-2-6....Cas latency probably has about the least effect on performance than ras to cas and ras precharge....both CL and Cycle time are mainly for stability more than performance
 
get winbound chips if you can get your ram voltage over 3. Get TCCD if you have a mobo that limits voltage to 2.8-2.9.
