memofirst.exe on windows me

whats this programme as it keeps crashing my explorer can i remove it ?

i get this message on screen
iexplore has caused an error in memofirst.exe i explore will now close.

how can i sort this problem out

If Its in start up go to Start---Run---Type MSCONFIG.....now go to the startup tab...Look For Memofirst.exe Uncheck it,hit apply/ok then restart tell me if this helps yah
