media player problems

hey im new to these forums and having problems with my media programs on the computer.

i have wmp 11 it sometimes opens but it goes complete grey like its not responding and it isnt saying its not responding when i do ctrl + alt + del and no music will be played.

itunes just dosnt open but it is in processes tab when i click on it

winamp does the same as wmp cept when i do ctrl/alt/del it says its not responding but plays the song i open

they are the only 3 i have tried and all are playing up

im running windows 7
sound drivers are up to date (realtek)

running everything in administrator as well.

hopefully someone has a fix as i dont want to reformat

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date with the video card manufactures drivers. Update your codec package and directx. K-lite is a good one. Try disabling overlay or setting the player to a lower dx level render.

also did you run windows update?
