I find a few solutions on the internet. But i do not know how to find the jumper bottom on motherboard(hell, i don't even know where the motherboard is even is) to access BIOS.
through my surfing on the web, I've found this solution to be mentioned quite often "Well the 0211 error (related to keyboard) makes you in a tougher situation. What you can do is go into the BIOS and find the setting HALT ON ALL ERRORS change it to HALT ON ALL ERROS EXCEPT KEYBOARD and see if it works in Windows. If it doesn't work in windows it can be related to a faulty keyboard, or motherboard"
