Yo!

Very specific question... has anyone ever tried fitting a BeQuiet DarkRock 3 into an NZXT Source 340?

I've got it sitting in a Carbide spec-03 right now (listed width of case is 215mm)... listed dimensions for the S340 is 258mm but it just doesn't look as wide in photos and the dark rock 3 barely fits in the carbide!

I haven't but I can give you how to determine if it's going to fit.

Measure from the top of the CPU to the rail the side panel sits on.
Measure from the HS contact surface to the top of one of the heat tube's nipple.

If the HS is taller than the measurement of the CPU to rail, it won't fit. If less, it will fit.

Measure before you buy the HS. You may get stuck with something you can't use.
