Making a vaio pocket use media player

Does anyone know if it's possible to make a vaio pocket to use media player, rather than sonicstage? And if so, how?

I use media player for all my music and it's a pain in the ass to have to move it to sonic stage before transfering to the player. Just wondered, as it'd make it a lot easier just to use media player, like the creative players do.
