Windows came up with a blue screen (like prevous versions of windows did) and restarted. It then failed to start in windows again and got stuck on "Mup.sys" when trying to start in safe mode. Repairing windows seemed to fix that problem.
Reinstalling windows xp home didn't make much difference, then i tried installing xp pro, and it runs perfectly now. I've made a dual boot for xp home and xp pro.
