You should clean up your HD
Defrag your HD
Do AV scans
Do Spyware and Adaware Scans
Clean it daily


That's all I can think of at this monent

Dust the fan holes, defrag, antivirus and anti spyware, clean up hardrive, upgrade once and a while, clean monitor,clean keyboard.
