Magnet Screwdrivers

Will magnet screwdrivers damage computer parts? never used one but thought about it...

I use a slightly magnetized one... i drop screws every two seconds, so it's really helpful for me... dunno if there's any risk with that, but i've been fine.

i drop screws alot of times also, just didnt know if it was safe to use one.

I use one all the time...have one every PC i've worked on...havent had any problems with one at all.

A strong magnetic field could be disruptive, but as low power as those screwdrivers,don't even worry about it.

This has been asked a couple times before. It is fine to use them.

It might be slightly safer not to, but I'm definitely not willing to try to put the motherboard screws in without a magnetic screwdriver. I've used a magnetic one plenty of times, nothing ever happened.
