Mac Mobo for Windows PC

I can get a 12 Core Dual Xeon Mac rather very cheap. And as I am NOT the biggest Apple fan, I wouldn't want to use it as a MAC.

My question is: Can I take this Mobo and CPU's out to use in a custom build, Windows machine?

My first thought is, of course it will work. They are just Intel products. But then I think how sneaky Apple are and there my be something to trip me up. (Such as custom BIOS?)

Just looking for some advice before I commit.

All of the hardware that are put in Apples machines are locked to them so I doubt you'll be able use them.

Apple Inc. has historically been well known for its lock-in practices. For a long time their market share has been small enough that their anti-trust exposure has been substantially less than that of Microsoft or IBM.
