LSASS.exe shutdown in win2k server, pls help.

Hi, I am facing this Lsass.exe, causing NT SHUTDOWN IN 60 secs pop up.
I am unable to do SHUTDOWN -A or SHUTDOWN /A. I had run sasser n blaster removal and run anti virus scan but not doesnt solved this problem. I want to go to the net and download security patches but the pop up came in less then 5 mins i m log on the net, so the update was impossible. This is terrible, can anyone help?

I had solved it by downloaded the patch from microsoft save to a flashdrive on another PC n transfer it to my wi2k server, run it and now the "Things" is not happening till now *cross finger

btw, that sounds like the ol sasser virus or a variant of it.
