Low calorie diet

I lost just over 22lbs in 2 months by doing this:

1. plain oatmeal for breakfast/ 1 cup of coffee
2. seasoned chicken or beef with steamed broccoli for both lunch and dinner(controlled portions)*
3. 20 minute brisk walk every day.
4. lots of water, sometimes with a lemon wedge or 2!

Its fairly inexpensive too because this is really all you have to buy when you go to the supermarket. This gave me a ton of energy, and not to metion a lil gas! and remember to always take a multi-vitamin!

*its easier to cook this in a large portion on a Sunday night and store it in the refrig so you have it for the week ahead!!
 
well, im gonna need some sugar and fat, and a lot of protein in my diet since im gonna be working out and hopefully trying to get a six pack, then i will be satisfied with myself. then i guess i would have to find the proper diet and excercise plan to maintain that.
