lost all my files help

there is a program out there that gets back your files that you've deleted,

all my songs that i had on my hard drive, i was cleaning up my hard disk and got rid of that folder by accident, and i emptied the recycling bin

Easy enough to download them again; and it will be of great effort if not cost to retrive deleted files.
