me too, he is after the spider boss guy, in between that boss and the shortcut leading to those soldiers that went awol and the one guy is dying and you give him a health potion

He relocates after you give him 15 skulls. From those soldiers hang a right. Go past the walkway down to the coliseum. Go down the steps where the first tree demon is. Keep going straight and then go right up the stairs leading to the back entrance to the Infiltrator entrance. There is a bonfire burning by the trees to the left. He will be there.
