Login Problems

He asked me to write this up for him, due to the fact that he can't access anything when logged into his account. Me, being the nice person I am, agreed. So he was wondering if an admin or forum mod could shed some light on the situation and perhaps tell him what might have caused this?

Jon is my mentor to building a PC. He recently told me he is having problems accessing the forum through his forum ID and can only come on as a guest.
