what the problem is i had 2 8800gts 320mb in sli and i sold both of them thinking i would have enougb for a gtx but i dont so i was thinking about getting the 640mb version will there be any difference in performance between the 320 and 640 version ? thanks

Not really because that is just how much Video ram it has,how much textures and stuff it can store,so im not sure But you will only see a slight difference when gaming on Ultra high settings.
