Man there are so many files that are bugged on limewire, they all are exactly 851.7kb but it can be any program name. There so many in almost every search. All 851.7, that's weird. It could be an Acid pro file or anything it's under every name. What exactly causes that?

It's probably just the same virus/worm/whatever that one or more assholes are renaming.
IF you're gonna download software from any P2P (which I'm not saying you should), be sure the file size is large enough to actually BE the program you want. You're not gonna find Office in a 800kb file.
And at least scan it with your A/V software (unless that's what your downloading
)
