also if that dosent work email newegg saying evga wont take back your product, ive seen them take back a product that a manafactuer wouldnt when it had already been around 3 months since the purchase date. when its past 30 days it just means you cant get instant RMA verifaction

Now I think i'm getting somewere. In the last reply this is what I finished it by saying.

Tell me a Quad core designed with a 1333FSB will work 100% no
possibility that it won't run. I don't believe you can say that with 100%
confidence.

He didn't reply back his supervisor replied back asking for a contact number. I told him i'd be asleep today i'm on night shift this week but he left his number so I told him i'd call him tommorow after I finish out my work week.

This should be interesting to see what he has to say.
