This is more of a question really. How come the 20" LCD monitors are so expensive, and wide-screen are so much cheaper? 19" seems to be the same way, but on a smaller scale. Aren't the wide-screen monitors still LCD?
Personally, I like the square look over the stretched out screen and was considering getting a 19" LCD. But, for basically the same price, I can get a 22" wide-screen or even a cheap 24" one.
