Laptop Veritical?

I just bought new product for my Dell Laptop called the Laptop Flip. The product holds my laptop vertical when not in use.

Is it okay to store a laptop in the vertical position?

I don't see any problems with storing it vertically. I leave my notebooks in their bags like that all the time. Using it in that position is another story. You might put unnecessary strain on your hard drive over time.
