So, my Gateway NV78 laptop with Windows 10 has manifested a new problem. I have it set so that the screen turns itself off after one minute of inactivity. Sometimes, usually after a while of inactivity, I'll try to turn the screen back on by working the mouse pad, or hitting the keys...and the screen doesn't respond. The LEDs below the screen are still on, but nothing else is responding. I have to restart the laptop by shutting it down, which I can do by just pressing the power button once, for just a quick second, when this happens.
I've cleanly shut down and rebooted this laptop, and the problem still persists. Does anyone know what might be happening here?
