Laptop Help?

I want to purchase a laptop for a good price.
Somthing simple but will be able to play the sims game.

At best buy theres one for $350 and I like it a lot its a
Compaq Presario laptop with Intel Celeron Processor.

Would this one be a good laptop to buy for just
alittle bit of gaming nothing hardcore or anything,
with no major freezing and all that bad stuff?

ít depends on which version of sims you want to play... sims 2 and 3 will require a fast processor, and a good graphics card.

ive got a quadcore2.66ghz with 4gb ram and 720ish video card and sims 2 lags abit on it.

My budget is anything under $500 I dont need a fancy awesome
laptop.

A friend of mine has the same laptop but she
expanded the ram I dont know how much
and she plays both the sims 3 and wow on it without any
kind of lagging. Thats why i want this laptop it looks pretty good
to me. But i just want some more opinions on it.
