LAN games

I think there was already a thread like this but what are some good lan games. problem is though one of my friends computers is a piece of shit so we need like old games. we got hl1, cs 1.6, ut and what are some others?

Rainbow Six Vegas. its requirements arn't too high. itd be kinda iffy if your friend can run it or not. but its a great game

dunno if you can use LAN but Warrock is free\fun

Call of Duty is good.
So is FLATOUT 2 (very good)
Half Life 2 Deathmatch and Garry's Mod is great.

Age of Empires 2... AOE3 might work too, but I dunno if you can play LAN, and it may not work on your friend's system if it's too old. My HP notebook doesn't handle the AOE3 trial too well... I like AOE2 for playing LAN mutiplayer. We played it over the school network when there was a bunch of downtime in class.

Halo is about the only fps game I will play mutiplayer.

call of duty is pretty fun... just dont go to the servers that have all kinds of rules that they are EXTREMELY anal about

starcraft is a really fun game to play on LAN.
