Just few small little questions

I have this board that I am buying tommorow: ASUS P4S800D-X


1. The board has dual channel and most of you insert two sticks in Slot 1, Bank 1 and Slot one, Bank 2. BUT, am I going to notice a difference if I insert it in Slot 2, Bank1 and Slot 2, Bank 2?

2. Some of ou knows Prescott is a furnace. Is there a way to reduce it to my AMD Default Temperature: 52C?

1. I've heard that the Slot 1, Bank 1 and Slot 1, Bank 2 would work a little faster. But u are not going to notice any difference. Maybe some really really small difference in some detailed benchmark, but nothing that u would notice without the benchmarks.

2. How to make it run cooler? Well get better cooling . And ofcourse reducing the clock speeds would bring the heat down but no one wants to do that.

Everything seems cleared. Now, as far for cooling, the fact that having 4x 80mm fans in my case will help a lot.
