i wear 38" jeans, but ive lost 2 stone in the last couple of months, and none of my clothes fit any more.. im down to 14 stone now from well over 16...

I am pretty skinny, I wear 32x36(hard to find sometimes) and I wiegh about 175-180 I think. about 3-6% fat, and I am barely under that cutoff.

you must be like 6'5" or something right?

Pretty strict. Knowing Japan though, this is well within their guidelines for society.
