The second one is more then $200 with tax (comes to $230)
if the $30 doesn't matter then thats a nice card. the extra 4 pipelines is nice, the 256mb is also nice, and the clock speeds are higher then the 6600gt.
the first one has lower speeds then the 6600gt.
If you do get a 6600gt i would either go with MSI or BFG or Evega. MSI because it comes with a nice software package. BFG because it comes o/c. evaga because it has a lifetime warranty. Over all I would go with MSI (already did,lol).
