That's actually very comparable to state schools. I go to the U of MN and I'm paying right about $4900 for in-state tuition.

I am enrolled at University of South Florida and I only paid 1611 for 14 credits this semester.....

My work will pay for college, but I need to find out if ITT is an accepted school. It should be, though.
