Is This PSU Compatible With This Motherboard?

800W is not a smart choice. It would suffice my PC, yes.. but not if I wish to expand its usage, which is most likely what I'll do...

You still haven't told me how you would upgrade your PC to need more than 850w. I'll wait.

By the way, I was talking about Technician, not you.

I know you were talking to Technician.

I think I'll, erm, I'll get:

2 x Intel Core i7-6950X
3 x 30" 4k Monitors
3 x 500gb SSD
4 x 1080i Titans SLi
32Gb Memory DDR4
Gigabyte Z270X M/B

and.. and..

Shit loads of speakers.

Howssat?

Really? I hope you want to do that 15 years from now because you are gonna need a lot more than 1000w.

CONGRATULATIONS!

You finally got my point

I'd like to point out how amusing it is and how hard I laughed when you suggested I'd need more.. on the basis that I may wish to go for such a system.

Perhaps I should for for 2000W? Really give me that up-edge on the future to come on my upgrades.
