Someone else posted one like that a couple of days ago, I think it was for the 3700 san diego.

A warranty is defiantly worth +$22 in your pocket, and you can sell the heatsink for about $5.

Same case for the 3200+ and 3000+ I have seen multiple times. I bought the retail 3000+ because it was cheaper than the OEM at the time, weird like that.

Maybe they have to many stock hsf's because people were smart to buy OEM?? But its good when they do that, makes ya burn in your CPU before you overclock it if you cant afford the aftermarket one at the time.
