im getting a new comp soon and im already planning to overclock it the cpu is a amd 64 3200+ venice 2GHz i think and i want to overclock to 2.8 will this do?

Thay should work really well, water coolin is one of the best coolin methos for oc'ing (apart from liquid nitrogen)!!! Just make sure you put it together correwctly as a leak would be very fatal!!

Yeah that's the downside to liquid cooling, people not paying attention, and then boom, there goes the comp. Make sure everything is on the right way and on very tight so nothing leaks.

one more thing the case i have doesnt have many places to put fans am i gona have to make holes for more fans?

it has a 120mm fan sucking in air and a 120mm blowing out air and my psu is dual fan is that enough? or should i think about adding more fans?

U dont need anymore fans for that system two 120mm's will do perfectly fine!!

Oh I thought you meant your case didn't come with any holes for fans period, lol. Well judging by the picture on that website, it looks like you don't need any holes for extra fans so you should be ok, but don't take my word for it cuz it's kinda hard to tell.
