You want to get a mother board which supports a Socket 754 CPU instead of your current mother board which supports a Socket 940 CPU. Check out ASUS K8T800 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 CPU, Model "K8V SE Deluxe" for 138$ on newegg.com. Get more power, at least 400 WATT, 460 should be good, 500 would be plenty.
