wow. amazing comp. but it's expensive. by all means, get it if u can afford it and if u need it. but for reasons other than that, it is overkill.

agreed. I'd just get a pretty cheap laptop for school stuff and then a good desktop for gaming. Laptops just are not designed for gaming. That one does have great parts, but it will be heavy and will probably have a short battery life.

U will get a nice (maybe used?) laptop for $500, then u would still have 2k left for the desktop.
 
wow, for a laptop thats got some good stuff in it. i would most def. buy that if i was in need of a laptop and had that type of cash :/
 
it's pricey, but if that's what you want, by all means get it, it's got very nice parts.
