So I don't know if its my ISP or my wirless router.
Webpages aren't loading fully, missing images, long load times. Sometimes the site doesn't even load and you have to refresh it twice for it to register. On ventrilo I always get constant late feedback.. I say something, then 30 seconds later I get a big stream of non stop talking from what has already been past said.
Would this be a router problem or an ISP?
