P.S. Most programs used for making graphics have the function to tell what size the graphic is. There are also small programs like PixelRuler.

You can also right click and hit properties/get info (depending on platform).

That USUALLY tells you the attributes of the picture...

Wonder why they don't just automatically check the sig size when u try to upload one.. Would save a lot of trouble for the mods..

Oops.. I forgot that the images are "not" uploaded but simply linked. But even then, you guys (mods) can write a script to do random audits of people now and then to see if they have changed the link to a larger image.

Obviously, checking every time a page is generated is expensive as there is no need for the TF servers to actually download the image.. But doing an audit now and then, when the load is low, I would imagine would be easy enough?.. Automatic sig suspensions
